In criminal court, Jesse fearlessly represents accused persons facing an array of charges under the Criminal Code of Canada, from assault and impaired driving to homicide and weapons offences. He acts as a Federal Crown in Brantford prosecuting drug offences as an agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. Jesse’s experience as both defence counsel and prosecutor provides him with insights that are invaluable to his clients. He is also a member of Legal Aid of Ontario Criminal Defence roster, Gladue Panel, and mentors other legal aid criminal defence lawyers.
